Shipping Policy
- Local Delivery (Globe/Miami): We offer Free 1–3 day delivery for zip codes 85501 and 85539 on orders over $50.
- Phoenix Area Meetup: We offer Free scheduled 1–3 day “Meetup” deliveries in the Phoenix area on orders over $50. Please message us via the Inquiry button to coordinate delivery to the Greater Phoenix area.
- Rest of US: Any area can arrange an in store or Local meet up deliver at no charge. We currently do not ship outside of our local Arizona service areas.
Return Policy
- Policy: Due to the nature of our inventory, appliances and construction materials are sold as-is. We allow substitutions for the closest match if an item is out of stock.
- Return Window: 30 days (per Google requirements).
- Method: Returns must be handled in person at our Globe location or during a scheduled Phoenix meetup.
