🟡 IMPORTANT SHOPPING NOTICE 🟡 With Flooring it is mostly a matter of the available quantity. You need to be sure we have enough to complete your project. We don’t want to leave too small a quantity on hand to be useful. Some Quantities are price “Per Lot” some “Per Case” and some “Per Sq/Ft”.

Per Sq/Ft: Means we don’t care how much or little you need, just order what you want and if it accepts the order we should have that much in stock. The exception would be if we had unexpected damage, theft, etc. We would not deliver a short order. We would contact you to get instructions, do a swap or refund.

Per Case: Same as Sq/ft except full cases.

Per Lot: If we get down to a useable room size like 100-300 sq ft we don’t want to sell part. So we mark down the price and sell it as a full lot only. This is a chance to get a GREAT BUY. You have to take it all. If it fits your project you get a nice flooring at a bigger discount so if you have some left over you can save it for replacement in the future.
